A Tip When Using EFT for Weight Loss

When using EFT for weight loss, don't just do a tapping session when you are away from food. At the moment you are about ready to take a bite of that fattening food, stop and do some EFT:

Even though I really want to eat this food that is bad for me, I deeply and completely love and approve of myself.

and:

I really want to eat this fattening food.

This will interrupt your eating pattern, and keep you from gorging when you don't want to.
