EFT in Your Car

Of course, you should always be careful while driving, but you can do EFT in your car quite easily. If you are concerned about looking foolish by tapping on the points, simply hold them firmly instead of tapping.

A few things to try tapping on while driving:

I choose to remain calm and alert while driving.

This traffic really bugs me.

I have a tendency to rush and speed while driving.
